Problem 62, Chapter 5, Page 134

Does anyone have the answer for Prob 62 in Ch 5.

I think I did everything right, but my total time seems a little too short.


I can post my answer, but my total time from the top of the incline to the floor is .799 seconds.

My answers:

a: Acceleration is 4.9 m/s^2
b: Final Velocity is 3.13 m/s
c: Distance from table where object hits .3344m
d: Total time = .799s
e: In this problem mass does not matter. It would matter IF we accounted for friction.

My answers are:

b: Final Velocity: 3.13 m/s
c: Distance R: 2.22m
d: Total Time = 1.46s
e: Mass does not affect the above calculations.

Well, I have no idea if these are right or not. Just my calculations.
